The Hamilton Fire Department (HFD) has developed a series of “Fire Safety Friday” messages for students and caregivers, as part of its Elementary School Fire Safety Education Program Initiative.

This week’s message is Never Hide. We know it’ll be very scary if there is a fire in your home, but NEVER hide under your bed or in a closet! NEVER hide at all! Stay low and go … go outside to your meeting place.
